Exercise

My Plans:
4 times a week: 35 mins of cardio.  I am doing cardio for two reasons: the #1 reason is my mental health.  Having GAD, cardio exercise helps release "feel-good brain chemicals" (neurotransmitters and endorphins) #2 reason, weight loss

The plan is to use one of the following: the treadmill, wii biggest loser, or Jillian Michaels DVD (30 day shred).

The only time I have in my day is at night. So, I will do cardio while the boys get ready for bed. They need to become more self sufficient in showering and brushing their teeth. My treadmill is in my loft which is central to their bathroom and bedroom.  So I can somewhat supervise. :-)  Then I can shower in peace and quiet and head to bed myself. It sounds so great in theory, we will see how it goes tonight. :)
